SEROJA, OUR SPECIALTY
You cannot leave without trying our serojas, a thin homemade dough of bread, fermented and stretched in the shape of the old serojas that were taken from the pines to extract the resin. Vegetable, from the pot, tuna and peppers, ham and bacon, four cheeses and bolognese, all with semi-cured cheese.
Enjoy a delicious traditional stew, some flavored potato omelettes or some crispy homemade croquettes. We bet on traditional cuisine, with local products and local trade.
